Tiger Woods golf memorabilia stars at golf auction

thegolfauction.com have just closed their latest auction which featured over 1,100 golf memorabilia lots.

One of the key pieces was a 2005 Masters Champion Dinner menu signed by the winner Tiger Woods.

The 2005 Masters is the tournament where Tiger pulled off what is widely regarded to be the greatest golf shot of all time with a deft little chip onto the green to watch the ball meander it's way down to the hole before stopping milimetres short of the hole, before finally rolling into the hole perfectly showing the Nike Swoosh - a marketing Executive's dream.

The Masters Champion Dinner is attended only by previous winners and the Chairman of Augusta National Golf Club, so Tiger signed the menu just a few hours after winning his fourth Masters Championship.
