Memorabilia from the Tom Hanks 2000 film Castaway is to be auctioned at The Propstore with the screen matched Wilson volleyball expected to sell for £100,000.

In the film Hanks' character is stranded on a desert island for 4 years, with only the volleyball, named Wilson, for company.
The volleyball which is intentionally distressed to create Hanks' bloodied hand print as a face, including eyes, nose and mouth, has been professionally screen matched to the film..
It has an estimate of £60,000- £100,000 with bidding currently at £35,000.
The ball was last sold for £230,000 in November 2021.
Also included in the auction is a pocket watch given to Hank's character by his girlfriend at the start of the film. The pocket watch can be seen being worn by Hanks, as a necklace, when he finally leaves the island on his handmade raft.

The metal watch is attached to brown string and features a fake tooth, and is expected to sell or £3,000 - £5,000.
The axe that Hank's character made from an ice skate and a piece of wood is also included in the auction.

The axe, measuring 61cm in length, was used to build the raft which was used to escape the island.and has an estimate of £3,000 - £5,000.
